Welcome to the Old Tower Hill Road Neighborhood Plan project website. This project will involve the entire community in a process that will focus on helping the town maximize its potential. The Town will host an interactive design process that will include charrettes, workshops, and community gatherings to educate the public on the study area and best practices in zoning and land use code reform and gather public preferences and input. It is hoped that well-designed revisions to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance will foster predictable improvements compatible with the existing historic context and aligned with community expectations.

There will be multiple opportunities to engage with the team throughout this process, providing feedback in person and online through this website.
